What Is Intuitive Energy Reading & Healing?
Einstein said that everything is energy: your chair, your body, your thoughts, each moving at different vibrations. As energetic
beings, made up of a multitude of various particles, we are susceptible to surges of energy "thrown" at us, in the
forms of people's emotions, demands, and beliefs.
We can learn to clear ourselves of these energies from others -- the ones that limit our performance, and tell us that
we are incapable or unworthy. By learning and using fundamental energy tools, we can "manage" our energy, find
our answers within ourselves, and create the life that we want.
Dr. Lash teaches classes in intuition and energetic healing. She empowers you to find your own answers to life's questions.
She uses these energy/healing tools and her intuition in her counseling work, both with individual clients and facilitated
groups -- for spiritual, as well as ecotourism and community projects.

Empowerment Workshops
For Girls

Girls are challenged frequently in society to be something other than who they are. This workshop provides girls the tools
with which to stand in their own power, to release the expectations of others, and to own their uniqueness. It touches on
1) making & keeping beneficial relationships, 2) creating & reaching goals, 3) identifying & using your unique
talents, 4) listening to & accepting your body, 5) finding & expressing your voice, 6) staying in neutral, with amusement,
and 7) honoring & appreciating diversity.
This workshop is available to groups of girls for one 2-hour period, up to a full 16-hour course (2 hours per week for
8 weeks OR a full 2-day weekend)
