I want to share my experience after a healing session I had with Dr. Gail Lash. I had been experiencing Neuropathy for 4 months. If you do not know what that is, it is like burning/prickiling sensations all over the body. I began getting this after I had a biopsy at the Mayo Clinic. The doctor cut into my nerve endings by accident. I felt these sensations 25% of the day and then it progressed to 100%. I would take a shower and it would feel like I had sun burn all over. I became extremely depressed, like semi suicidal. My legs began to get weak and it was difficult to walk because of the pain and burning that my feet were feeling. I had major anxiety and no patients with anyone or anything. I was truly a bundle of nerves. I had a scheduled appointment with Gail (energy healer) on Tuesday and an appointment with a neurologist on the following Thursday. I had talked to Brenda Cobb, at the Living Foods Institute in Atlanta, asking her for suggestions because I knew that I needed some therapy and she gave me Gail's name. I thought when I called her that she was a psychologist but after I had already set up the appointment, she told me she was an energy healer. I almost canceled the appointment and actually would have but I had already paid for the appointment and did not want to cancel on her at the last minute. So I just went ahead with the appointment. This was all over the phone. I was in Cincinnati and she was in Atlanta. Anyway, we spent an hour together over the phone. I did most of the listening as Gail did her thing. After hanging up, I really did not think that much about our session and I went about my day. I did have an appointment with Living Longer, which is an Integrative Medical Facility in Cincinnati that same day. They integrate the medical and holistic world. I almost canceled that appointment too as I really felt that the only doctor that was going to help me that week was going to be the Neurologist as I had it pretty set in my mind that I had MS or something major. Anyway, I kept the appointment and on my drive over to it, I kept feeling my right arm. It felt semi normal, which meant no tingling or burning like I had in the remainder of my body. My left side was the worst but I was happy to just get a little relief in my right arm.

At Living Longer, they check you meridians on your finger tips for imbalances. 50 is the perfect score. Anything above or below is an imbalance. Anyway, I gave the doctor my song and dance about my 4 months of agony. She warned me that most likely my body was so inflamed that that I need to prepare myself for everything to end up in the "Red." I braced myself. Each finger she did, came across as a 50 (perfect score)! She was perplexed so she had this very well known doctor come in because she could not figure out how my score could be what it was with all that I told her I had going on. Even semi healthy people do not score this high. They both scratched their head because I had been there before with less issues and never made perfect scores. They kept asking me if I had taken ANYTHING or done anything different that day. I kept saying no because I was not able to get out of bed. I was not going to tell them about my session with Gail as I did not think it really had an impact and on top of that I thought they would think I was a bit whacky. I finally did tell them that I had an energy balancing session and they both blurted out, "Oh, well that is it!!" I looked at them and said, "You believe in that?" Maureen, the female doctor said, "oh yes, I practice healing touch with many of my patients and it is very powerful". I too have passed my first class in Reiki but I have never seen anything this powerful. She said who ever worked on you today did an excellent job. Everyday my pain would decrease by 15%. I rescheduled my Neurology appointment just in case the pain came back and I am very happy to say that I just canceled my 2nd tentative appointment after being 98% pain free for over 2 weeks. It was truly like a miracle and I kept calling Gail asking for more sessions and she kept putting me off telling me to just be patient because my body was healing. This is all after one session!

I think back about how leary I was to spend the money I did with her which was really cheap in the big scheme of things. I cannot imagine what I would have had to pay the neurologist for all the scans, X-rays, etc.

I am a firm believer in Gail!
